MOOD SPOONS

The spoons and spatulas are for adults and older children who have trouble communicating emotions. Some have fidget pieces on and lavender bags.

Daily you tie a coloured ribbon /string thru the hole to describe your mood.

Gauge your mood by the end of the week.

Hopefully easier to remember than struggling to find the words to keep up with a mood diary.

Visually will lift the mood.

The fidget beads are elastic and can roll when gently pulled.

SEWING PINNY

Sewing Pinny is pre-printed; .These are my images, and they help to slow a stressed mind.

Thread the needle and slowly follow the lines using a tacking stitch.  Push the needle in the fabric while breathing in, and pull the needle thru while breathing out.

Focus on the line and your breathing.

 A basic sewing kit is kept in the pocket, so there are no losing pieces. 

Each image is small; sew a little bit at a time, flower, bee.

The pinny comes with a fabric fiddle strap,  smells of lavender and glass beads that will cool your palm and can be rolled or fidgeted with.

ANGELS WITH WORDS ON THEIR MINDS

These little pocket angels are handstitched approx 15cms

The angels have got words on the back of their heads .   Pink one thinking about Peace,   Red one Love

Wings are made with pipe cleaners
